We always ship only the best/ healthiest fish but they are living begins so such things can happen. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience, please follow these steps:
- Livestock claims are void if the customer misses the first delivery attempt.
- All claims must be submitted on the day of delivery.
- Shrimp, Snails or Plants - All shrimp, snails, plants, and crabs are 100% guaranteed healthy and alive regardless of shipping method.
- No Free/ Extras/ Samples of livestock or accessories are covered by our guarantee.
Process to claim B4P Guarantee.
- Please share a Clear Photo and Video of Dead Fish In the bag and out of the bag before opening, so that they can be clearly identified and counted.
- Photos/ Videos must be shared no more than 6 hours after parcel delivery. Time of Delivery will be taken according to the time mentioned in the Courier company website.
- We will Issue a Refund Coupon via Store Code only for 100% Cost of the Dead Fish shown in the Photo & Video. You can redeem this on your next purchase.
- As we ship livestock, Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable.
- Refund Coupon will be initiated within 7 days of your claim being approved.
- All Dead fish claims are VOID if fish bag is opened and fish are not dead in the bag.

Dead On Arrival Refund Coupon:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
You chose the Wrong Shipping Method:
- The shipping methods are clearly displayed. B4P takes no responsibility for customers' errors.
- Customer shall pay the additional charges as applicable, to be able to send out the order. If payment of additional charges is delayed, delivery dates can not be maintained.

Force Majeure:
- Thereby maybe a delay in dispatch/ delivery of the order beyond the time line intimate due to third-party delays or issued including and not limited to - weather at destination or at B4P facility, or health related infections etc. impacting health of livestock or leading to death. or receipt of faulty/ defective/ damaged goods from manufactures/ suppliers, or even logistics issues due to festivals etc.
- If there is a delay in dispatch/ delivery of the order beyond the time line intimate to you because of any reasons beyond the control of the company i.e. Rakkad Aqua Pvt. Ltd. and or it's associated brands, the company reserves the right to issue refund at its own discretion.
